Flywheel Development
Bristlecone Warehouse, designed by Flywheel Development, incorporated solar shingles on the south-facing wall. The rendering – one perspective and elevation view was a tool for design development. The size and layout of the shingles constrained the window size and placement, so the 3d computer model was used to experiment with the layout.

It made sense that a product designed to move should be animated.
Rael Development Corporation
Rael Development invited me to collaborate with Rosemann & Associates to create renderings for a housing development in Urbana, Illinois. We initially started with a few handcrafted renderings and transitioned to photorealistic imagery as the project progressed.
LSE Architects - casino expansion animation in Carter Lake, Iowa for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska.
Produced for Rosemann and Associates, this animation describes a three-phase project located close to downtown St. Louis. Part of the development involved the renovation of existing low-rise housing, the creation of a new park, and new construction in Phase 2. The animation path takes you down every street around and inside the development. Therefore, the keymap was included in the upper right corner with an animated arrow to clarify the camera's location as it moves through the development.
