Big Hits - Burnsville, MN

LSE Architects – proposed $45 million sports and entertainment complex planned for a former landfill site in Burnsville, Minnesota, near I-35W and the Minnesota River. The project, which is still in the planning and approval stages, will include a three-level golf driving range, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, a restaurant, an event center, a playground, and a pollinator prairie. Environmental concerns related to the former landfill are being addressed as part of the development process.

400 Horses Casino - West Polson, MT

This project was designed by LSE Architects for S&K Gaming.
The animation features two phases of the project and uses camera-tracking software to combine drone footage with the 3D model.

Bristlecone Warehouse Animation

Bristlecone Warehouse, designed by Flywheel Development, incorporated solar shingles on the south-facing wall. The renderings – one perspective and elevation view was a tool for design development. The size and layout of the shingles constrained the window size and placement, so the 3d computer model was used to experiment with the layout.
